“I decided to pursue this Overseas Virtual Internship Program (OVIP) with CoXplore because I was told that interning at a startup offered more perspective on various business functions than conventional internships. My experience with CoXplore did just that; in just a month-long internship, I got to experience finance, PR, marketing, and business development roles under the guidance of CoXplore’s highly connected team. Interning virtually offered a lot more efficiency in collaboration. It also offered us interns more freedom in contrast to the structure we usually abide by in university, which taught us to be proactive, take initiative, and figure out things on our own to get the job done. Overall, doing an OVIP with a startup was a fulfilling journey that I am grateful to have learned from despite being in a pandemic.”
