About KidX Academy Bootcamp

A 1-month online summer camp for kids aged 12-15 in South East Asia to learn English through the very foundational soft-skills for children, and building virtual connections with friends around the region, together building a community of future global citizens.

With a focus on skill acquiring through peer-to-peer learning (by kids - for kids), the program enable children to participate not just as students, but also active participants who express and engage themselves fully in an interactive English-speaking environment, helping each other to learn and practice new skills in presentation, public speaking, team-work, creative thinking, and critical thinking.

Instructor's profile: Ly Trần (PhD) - Mother, Instructor, Trainer & Mentor

A resourceful, reliable and capable person with 8 years-experience in the hospitality industry and educational field. Strongly imply myself in the professional activities with energy, enthusiasm, and can-do attitude to ensure the smooth running of events and services. Having good organized, cooperative and detail-oriented skills with ability to define specific objectives and the ways to complete it efficiently in sequence.

Good at training and monitoring the work of people in the field of customer services and other soft skills. Possessing good flair, excellent communication skills and strong understanding of cultures needed for dealing with customers and guest relation. Listening and persuasive skills are also my big advantages in attempting to handle customer complaints and conflicts. Dealing with unsatisfied customers and making them become loyal customers is my ultimate goal in all customer services.

Having a friendly, diligent and professional manner as well as abilities to learn and perform multiple tasks under pressure. I always have a big passion for coaching people in delivering surprise customer service. Ms Ly has been a professor, coach, and instructor for Hoa Sen University, FPT Educational Global, and IELTS SpeedUp.
