Project Objective

At CoXplore, we believe that remote working is the future of work. However, working remotely has its own set of challenges as well. One of the most notable challenges faced is the lack of motivation which stems from various factors such as fragmented team communication, physical and mental health issues that come with isolation and loneliness. The lack of motivation will eventually lead to a decline in productivity.

Through this package, we aim to solve these problems by strengthening company cultures remotely, we believe the strength of the company is its people. A positive company culture facilitates social interaction, teamwork and open communication crucial for remote working.
